Order cancellation policy:

Return policy :

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are in the return period of 7 days we offer you 3 options:

1. Trade your item for a different size / color.

Exchanges are only available for the size and / or color of the same model. Exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

2. Refund Details and   vouchers

Only the final price paid (after a possible discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers   can not be reissued and are not refundable.

3. Replacement of an erroneous or defective item

How can I get a refund for my product?

If you wish, we can ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

Delivery:

The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping costs for the return of an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (minus the restocking fee).
